A Slightly Shabby Little Princess

It took me a long time to get this doll completed for a very patient customer.......life has been conspiring against me this past year. But I spent some quiet, contemplative time by the fire hand-sewing these clothes using mostly vintage fabrics and laces.........and now finally she is done and on her way. I really like her faded colours!

Voi miten kauniit asusteet hänellä on ja suloista pitsiä paljon. Ihana nukke.

Susan - I put Kirkkis comment in the google translator. She said "Oh, how beautiful accessories he has a lot of lace and sweet. A lovely doll." That's not a very good translation, but you get the idea.

A real beauty! The extra time you put into this doll has paid off well. I agree with Waldorfstyle Dolls, she does lean a bit toward the mysterious, but that is part of her beauty.

Thanks KD, I'll have to learn how to do that! Thanks Mary!

She is absolutely lovely, rich textures of vintage fabric really complement her sweet face.

She has a lovely glow about her that contrasts well with a slight bit of shabby!

She's a beautifully ethereal creature. Love her coloring and the faded look of her clothing.
